Packages are generally dispatched immediately after print production and packaging.

Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as carrier costs. Delivery fees are fixed at a nationwide flat rate of R159 to major cities and a Pudo Locker To Locker Service that costs only R70. Outlying remote areas are at a fee of R690+.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and delivery fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Packages are delivered to your door by our selected Carrier Company and will require an authorised signature on delivery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will I receive my order?

All orders are subject to production lead times. All production lead times are described online with each product. Lead times are indicated on your invoice and commences when your order is confirmed by payment & final artwork approval. Orders confirmed after 10am will only go into production the next business day.

Can I order anywhere from South Africa?

Yes you can. Outlying and rural carries carry a longer delivery time frame and is charged at a flat rate of R360.

How much is the delivery fee?

We have a R159 flat rate door to door delivery fee with our carriers within major cities and towns and a Pudo Locker to Locker service that costs only R70. Outlying and rural areas attract a higher fee R690+.

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?

If you need to change the delivery address please contact us immediately. You can only change the address providing your order hasn’t been shipped out already.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a carrier confirmation e-mail from us. The e-mail will contain the tracking code of your order as well as your personal link to track your delivery.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so directly in the customer area under “MY ACCOUNT”.

A cancellation of an order is generally possible before it is dispatched. We will need to charge you for any time and materials we’ve used up to the point of cancellation, therefore the sooner you cancel your order, the less it will cost. A small charge will apply if we’ve already processed your artwork and created your visual proof.

A cancellation via telephone, SMS or via the online chat platform will not be accepted.
