    Ensure that the delivery address is correct.

  • 4. Upload your artwork.

    Upload your print ready PDF artwork files and complete your order.

What Happens Next...

Online Printing
  • Order Confirmation.

    You will receive an invoice in your email box, attend to the payment and send through the proof of payment.

  • Compulsory Artwork Check.

    We proceed to check your artwork and will email you a soft artwork visual for approval to proceed to print.

  • Print Production

    Once your artwork and payment has been approved, your order goes into the print production line for printing and refining.

  • Delivery.

    Once your order is complete we check your prints and proceed to pack your order then notify our carrier company to collect.


We only accept Electronic Fund Payments (E.F.T) and payments via PayFast, this method is safe and you are in control. We will never request your bank account or card details on this website. We care for your online safety.

Quantity order splitting isn’t allowed. Example; 500 business cards split into 5 x 100 business cards, each of different artwork. 1 artwork is for the quantity advertised online.

During your order checkout process you will be prompted to upload your artwork, simply click on add file and upload your artwork in 1 click. Should you experience any problems with this method, please contact us for further assistance.

We only accept print ready files in PDF, TIFF or JPEG. All files must be print ready. We do not make corrections to any artwork supplied to us.

We will send you a soft artwork visual of your artwork for approval and we will only start production once we have received your final approval. If you are not happy with the proof, we will provide additional proofs, based on new artwork that you send us. We do not make any corrections to your artwork.

If you need to cancel your order, you can do so directly in the customer area under “MY ACCOUNT”.

A cancellation of an order is generally possible before it is dispatched. We will need to charge you for any time and materials we’ve used up to the point of cancellation, therefore the sooner you cancel your order, the less it will cost. A small charge will apply if we’ve already processed your artwork and created your visual proof.

A cancellation via telephone, SMS or via the online chat platform will not be accepted.

We will email you the parcel tracking number to track your delivery online.

Payments must be done after placing your order. We cannot process your order until your payment has been cleared in our bank account.
